Rosina Nowlan, 98, of Auberge du Soleil, Dieppe, formerly of Moncton, passed away on Friday, September 8th, 2017 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton.

Born February 17th, 1919 in St-Joseph, NB, she was the daughter of the late René and the late Alma (née: Landry) Gaudet.

Mrs. Nowlan was a member of Christ-Roi parish.

She is survived by four daughters: Paulette MacLoughlin of Moncton, Norma (Robert) Després of Cocagne, Joanne Petitpas and Claire (Denis) LeBlanc, both of Moncton; two sons: Michel (Gwen) of Victoria BC and Ronald (Marceline) of Moncton; one sister, Annette (Norman) Melanson; four brothers: Raoul, René, Paul and Francis; 14 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Arthur P. in 2006; one sister, Dorice and also by five brothers: Gerard, Guy, Léo, Alonzo and Léonce.

A Celebration of the Word will be held from Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe (857-1901), on Tuesday, September 12th, 2017 at 2 pm.  Reception to follow.

Interment in Notre-Dame du Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
