Rheal Landry, 85, of Dieppe, passed away on Friday, October 20th, 2017 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton.
Born in Sainte-Anne-de-la-Pocatière, QC, he was the son of the late Eddy and the late Stella (née: LeBlanc) Landry.
Mr. Landry worked as a long haul trucker, retiring from Tnt Trucking.
He is survived by his wife, Huguette (née: Guy); two daughters: Guylaine Landry (Robert Boucher) of Moncton and Sonia Landry (Gilles Tremblay) of Mont-Tremblant, QC; two sons: Michel and Francis (Sonia Bilodeau), both of Dieppe; one sister, Angela (David) Breau of Moncton; seven grandchildren: Marc, Melissa, Mack, Celeste, Buddy, Shane and Jade; five great grandchildren: Gabriella, Kaiden, Olivia, Marco and Mia; as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by six sisters: Andréa, Rachelle, Lina, Marie-Paule, Aline and baby Marie-Blanche and also by three brothers: Armand, Valerie and Leopold.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, (857-1901) on Friday from 7 to 9 pm and also on Saturday from 9 am until time of service.
A Celebration of the Word will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, October 28th, 2017 at 10 am.
Donations to the CHU Dumont Foundation "Oncology or Dialysis" would be appreciated by the family.
