Alice Cormier, 89, of Villa Providence, Shediac, passed away on Sunday, July 1st, 2018 at her residence.
Born in Scoudouc, NB, she was the daughter of the late Lucien and the late Elizabeth (née: Babin) Bourque.
Prior to retirement, Mrs. Cormier had worked as a real estate agent. She was a member of the Club d’Age d’Or and St Joseph parish, Shediac.
She is survived by one daughter, Ginette Cormier of Moncton; two sons: Daniel of Shediac and Maurice (Anne-Marie) of Shediac River; one sister, Rolande (Roger) Gallant of Dieppe; one brother: Ola (Estelle) Bourque of Grande-Digue; nine grandchildren: Daniel, Angela, Michelle, Patrice, Christine, Janice, Marc, Justin and Mathieu; eight great grandchildren: Derek, Eve Marie, Brett, Jake, Emma, Lincoln, Ava and Deacon; as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Roméo in 2009; six sisters: Henriette, Lorraine, Georgia, Jeannette, Edith and Hélène and also by one brother, Edgar.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Saint-Jacques-le-Majeur Roman Catholic Church, Scoudouc on Friday, July 6th, 2018 at 11 am.
Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe.
