Norman A. LeBlanc, 88, of Villa du Repos, Moncton and formerly of Lakeburn, passed away on Sunday, December 1st, 2019, at his residence.

 Born in Lakeburn, NB, he was the son of the late François "Francis" and the late Emelia (née: Bastarache) LeBlanc.

Prior to retirement, Mr. LeBlanc had worked as a master mixer at Lane’s Bakery for 40 years. He enjoyed spending some quality time at his camp "Norm’s snowmobiling camp". He was a member of the Knights of Columbus (council # 6796) and Notre-Dame-de-Lorette parish.

He had strong family values; he is survived by his wife of 67 years, Doris (née: Albert); three daughters: Jeannine LeBlanc of Miramichi, Yvette Gautreau of Moncton and Emilie LeBlanc (late Rudi Saueracker) of Dieppe; two sons: Raymond (Lucille) of Dieppe and Jean of Moncton; one sister, Anita (late Amédée) Pellerin of Dieppe; two brothers: Regis (Yvonne) and Yvon (Auréa), both of Dieppe; 13 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by one son, Léo-Paul; one sister, Gloria (Evariste) and also by three brothers: Gerald (Thérèse), Eric (Elda) and Albert (Marilyn).

 Visitation will be held at the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, (857-1901), on Thursday from 1 pm until time of service.

A Celebration of the Word will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home Chapel, on Thursday, December 5th, 2019 at 3 pm.

Interment in Notre-Dame-du-Calvaire Cemetery, Dieppe.

Donations to the Alzheimer Society or to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
